Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present hot or cold items for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and events
• Follow complex recipes and product directions
• Produce small to large batches using classical and contemporary cooking techniques
• May oversee production staff and train teammates
• Attend scheduled shifts on time with regularity
• Other duties as needed based on client requirements
