Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop custodial program to meet client demands and specifications.
• Manage revenue and budget, including labor, supplies, equipment, and related services; monitor P&L statements.
• Improve margins through data and performance metrics.
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations.
