Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Facilities Investment Manager to support a US Navy program on Diego Garcia. You will lead the facilities investment program, ensuring safe, efficient operation and compliant project delivery across multi-disciplinary teams.

The role requires strong leadership, 10+ years in facilities management, and excellent communication with government and contractors. International travel and on-site presence are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a Facilities Manager or similar in a multi-disciplinary environment.
• Proven ability to plan and execute facilities investment programs to meet goals.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and teams.
• Ability to obtain country-specific visas and travel internationally.
• Must possess a valid passport with travel readiness.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall Facilities Investment program to align with contract obligations and client expectations.
• Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of facility investment projects for timely, cost-efficient delivery.
• Develop and implement goals, objectives, and plans to enhance long-term value and functionality of managed facilities.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams responsible for facility improvement and maintenance activities.
• Communicate effectively with government representatives, contractors, and team members to achieve mutual goals.
• Respond to contingencies or emergencies, ensuring on-site availability within required timelines.
• Ensure adherence to Government standards, policies, and contract requirements.
• Prepare and deliver management reports on program performance, status updates, and recommendations.
