Job summary

Amkor Technology, Inc. in Peoria, AZ is seeking an experienced Facilities Fire Protection, Life Safety & Controls Engineering Manager to lead design, installation, and operation of critical facility systems within the OSAT factory.

Responsibilities include fire suppression, alarm, sprinklers, clean agent systems, PLC, SCADA, and integration with life safety infrastructure. You will manage a team of engineers, technicians, and contractors, ensure compliance with NFPA codes and OSHA requirements,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering or related field.
5+ years in fire protection, life safety, or controls in high-tech manufacturing.
Knowledge of NFPA codes and life safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of engineers, technicians, and contractors for fire protection and life safety systems.
Collaborate with consultants and system integrators to meet requirements.
Review drawings, submittals, and system architectures for compliance.
Provide leadership during construction, commissioning, and startup.
Drive issue resolution during project phases and field operations.
Maintain documentation, standards, and handover processes.
Oversee maintenance of fire suppression, alarms, sprinklers, and PLC/SCADA systems.
Ensure integration with facility monitoring and automation platforms.
