Job summary

CACI is seeking a Facilities Services Lead to serve as the senior infrastructure advisor responsible for planning, modernizing, and sustaining operational facilities across the Indo-Pacific theater.

The role oversees site surveys, facility assessments, and modernization initiatives, directing cross-functional teams to deliver resilient facilities and mission-support infrastructure while ensuring readiness for contingency expansion and operational continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; relevant substitutions allowed.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, integration, and execution of Task 3 Facilities Services supporting SOCPAC operational requirements.
• Advise Government leadership on facility development, infrastructure resilience, expeditionary basing, and modernization strategies.
• Direct multidisciplinary project teams supporting multiple infrastructure initiatives throughout the Indo-Pacific theater.
• Oversee establishment and sustainment of forward operating locations, logistics support sites, warehousing facilities, and mission support infrastructure.
• Coordinate infrastructure planning supporting distributed operations, contingency basing, and theater expansion.
• Develop infrastructure solutions that support operational flexibility, survivability, and rapid deployment.
• Integrate expeditionary basing concepts supporting SOCPAC operational objectives.
• Coordinate facility readiness supporting mission rehearsals, operational exercises, and training initiatives.

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Military Engineering, Operations Management, or related discipline.
