Job summary

CACI seeks a Senior Civil Engineer to support logistics infrastructure and facilities across the Indo-Pacific. You will plan, design, assess, and sustain infrastructure for mission readiness, coordinating with government stakeholders, architects, and contractors.

Responsibilities include site surveys, design development, documentation, and ensuring compliance with UFC, IBC, OSHA, and host nation rules. You will help deliver cost-effective, sustainable solutions across dispersed locations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in civil/facilities engineering or infrastructure programs.
• Experience with DoD, Joint, or Special Operations environment preferred.
• Experience evaluating facilities, preparing designs, and reviewing docs.
• Experience with facility sustainment, modernization, or expeditionary projects.
• Ability to coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders and manage schedules/budgets.
• Ability to present reports and briefings to government leadership.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments of facilities, infrastructure, and sites to support mission requirements.
• Develop civil designs, plans, specs, and cost estimates for new and repair projects.
• Evaluate roads, bridges, airfields, ports, utilities, and drainage for logistics operations.
• Conduct site surveys, inspections, and feasibility studies.
• Prepare reports, analyses, drawings, and construction documentation.
• Review plans and submittals for technical compliance with requirements.
• Coordinate activities with government personnel, contractors, and host nation reps.
• Support planning, scheduling, QA, and construction oversight.
