Job summary

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Military Engineering, Operations Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years supporting facilities management or related infrastructure roles.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex infrastructure programs.
• Experience with facility planning, utilities systems, and modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams supporting infrastructure initiatives across the Indo-Pacific theater.
• Advise Government leadership on facility development, resilience, and modernization strategies.
• Coordinate and execute facility services for forward operating locations and mission support infrastructure.
• Oversee operations and maintenance programs for mission facilities and utilities systems.
• Ensure readiness and alignment with operational priorities and theater expansion.
