Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a seasoned Facilities Services Lead to drive planning, modernization, and sustainment of critical facilities across the Indo-Pacific theater.

You will guide expeditionary basing, forward locations, and mission-support infrastructure for SOCPAC and partners, ensuring resilience and operational readiness. With a 15+ year background in facilities and infrastructure, you will lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with government leaders, and manage complex projects

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• 15+ years supporting facilities management, infrastructure development, or real property operations.
• 6+ years supporting Joint/Combatant Command or theater-level organizations.
• 4+ years leading multidisciplinary infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, integration, and execution of facilities services supporting SOCPAC requirements.
• Advise Government leadership on facility development, resilience, and modernization strategies.
• Oversee operations and maintenance for mission facilities and infrastructure.
• Coordinate facility readiness, inspections, and lifecycle activities.
• Manage project cost, schedule, and performance across multiple orders.
