Job summary
KODA Resources, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Engineer in Denver to lead design, optimization, and reliability of surface facilities supporting upstream and midstream operations. The role requires directing capital and operating expenditure projects from concept through startup, with regular travel to Williston Basin sites to support execution and operations.
The ideal candidate will have deep oil & gas surface facilities expertise, knowledge of Bakken/Three Forks conditions,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline is required.
- 10–15 years of facilities engineering experience in oil & gas.
- Williston Basin or similar unconventional plays experience preferred.
- Demonstrated experience leading capital projects from design through startup.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, sizing, and specification of production and midstream facilities including separators, tanks, heaters, pumps, compressors, pipelines, and gas processing equipment.
- Develop PFDs, P&IDs, and plot plans for new and modified facilities.
- Manage facilities capital projects from conceptual design through startup, including budget, schedule, and scope.
- Coordinate with drilling, completions, and production teams to align facility readiness with well delivery schedules.
- Oversee third-party engineering firms, fabricators, and construction contractors on facility projects.
