Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years of maintenance/engineering experience.
• Knowledge of EHS requirements and OSHA preferred.
• Experience with BI processes, policies, and procedures.
• Capability to read mechanical/electrical/automation docs (P&IDs, schematics).
• Experience with FDA/USDA/cGxP regulations and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for reliable operation of site utilities.
• Perform technical analyses of systems for capacity, viability, and sustainable design.
• Lead site obsolescence program and capital project execution.
• Develop and optimize PM scope, calibration, and spare parts inventory.
• Act as SME in capital projects and lead small capital initiatives.
• Lead audit/ CAPA processes within Maintenance.
• Coordinate contractor work and site shutdown planning.
