Job summary

ABM is seeking a Senior/Lead Engineer to supervise the engineering department at the facility. Responsible for installation, repair, maintenance, and safety compliance of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and energy conservation initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years of progressive operations experience, relevant licenses, and strong leadership. Excellent communication and computer skills with building automation systems are essential.

Qualifications

• Progressive operations experience in facilities management.
• Experience implementing and documenting site safety plans and AES standards.
• State/local Stationary Engineer and/or HVAC license required; refrigerant recovery license a plus.
• BOMA accredited courses are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and implement preventive maintenance and repair operations.
• Schedule emergency repairs by priority and personnel abilities.
• Ensure equipment inspections and adherence to AES standards for quality assurance.
• Develop and implement energy conservation and budget plans for the facility.
