Qualifications

• Experience supporting facilities, infrastructure, construction, or capital projects, especially large projects exceeding $25M+.
• Strong engineering fundamentals and technical problem-solving across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Experience with facility modernization and infrastructure renewal initiatives.
• Experience in regulated or highly visible environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of engineering solutions for large-scale capital projects in the Peoria Area.
• Develop and review technical scopes, specifications, and project requirements.
• Evaluate engineering designs, plans, and contractor submissions.
• Integrate HVAC, electrical, fire protection, lighting, structure and life-safety systems into a unified execution strategy.
