The role requires strong technical leadership across HVAC, electrical, life-safety, and building systems, with a focus on large capital programs. Onsite work five days a week supports execution and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and PE license; highly regarded.
• Experience with large facilities projects (>$25M) and capital delivery.
• Strong ability to interpret drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
• Experience in regulated or highly visible environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop engineering solutions for large-scale capital projects in Peoria area.
• Evaluate technical scopes, specifications, and contractor submissions.
• Integrate HVAC, electrical, fire protection, lighting, ceiling, structural, and life-safety systems into a unified execution strategy.
• Assist with schedule planning, budget management, and project execution.
• Present technical recommendations to executive leadership and governance bodies.
