Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Program Manager, PMO and Change Lead in Peoria, IL. You will drive schedule management, project controls, occupancy planning, and stakeholder engagement across multiple facility initiatives.

The role requires coordinating with internal leaders, engineering teams, contractors, and procurement to ensure compliant, timely execution. The ideal candidate brings strong project management fundamentals, influence across organizational levels, and experience in complex,

Qualifications

Experience managing construction, facilities, infrastructure, or capital projects.
Strong scheduling, planning, and project coordination capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
PMO or Project Controls background is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage schedules, milestones, and program deliverables across multiple initiatives.
Develop and maintain project controls, dashboards, and reporting tools.
Monitor progress against scope, budget, and timeline commitments.
Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project outcomes.
Coordinate employee relocation and occupancy planning activities.
Support move strategies and workplace transition plans.
Partner with HR, Facilities, IT, Security, Communications, and leadership for readiness.
Assist with stakeholder engagement and issue resolution.
Maintain governance records and ensure compliance with processes and safety standards.
