Qualifications

• 12+ years experience in HVAC preventive maintenance, balancing, assessment and knowledge of fabrication techniques.
• 8+ years experience in HVAC control systems; must have the ability to manage projects.
• EPA certification for handling refrigerants.
• HVAC certification and related plumbing/electrical knowledge are required.

Responsibilities

• Document preventive maintenance actions and schedules for facilities systems.
• Establish and manage indicators for health of facilities systems.
• Coordinate new building and production design; review drawings for compliance.
• Estimate project costs, write contracts and specifications; secure bids.
• Inspect progress and advise on interpretation of plans and specifications.
