The Facilities Engineering Manager will provide Facilities, Capital, and Project oversight for the Mesa, AZ facility. They will manage the facilities capital program, adhering to all laws (PSM/RMP), supporting the Mesa safety, environmental, and quality systems, supporting business requests for information and new product development. This position oversees the maintenance, operation, and improvement of building systems (UPW, HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and infrastructure, ensuring safety and compliance. They lead engineering teams, manage budgets, direct maintenance staff, and coordinate vendor contracts. Key roles involve capital project execution, ensuring 24/7 reliability, and driving efficiency improvements in facilities.
