Lockheed Martin in Dallas seeks a Facilities Engineer Sr. (Level 3) to design, oversee, and implement facility solutions supporting manufacturing and operational excellence.

You will develop long-range space plans, create CAD layouts, and coordinate with architecture/engineering teams to ensure compliant, cost‑effective designs. This role requires reading drawings, managing as‑built releases, and reducing risk through rigorous review of standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• Experience reading and executing architectural/engineering drawings.
• Project development and layout experience in facility-related construction/renovation.
• Diversity of project experience including small and large projects.
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Project).
• Basic understanding of lab, factory/manufacturing, and office space requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive design and implementation of facility solutions supporting manufacturing.
• Develop long‑range space plans to meet future needs.
• Create CAD layouts based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Production Operations and Industrial Engineering for layouts and clearances.
• Field‑verify drawings and manage as‑built releases with AE firms.
• Ensure compliance with standards, policies, and quality requirements.
