Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Fort Worth, TX seeks an Facilities Electrical Engineer to learn and manage high and low voltage infrastructure projects for an aeronautical manufacturing plant. The role includes overseeing design, construction, occupancy, and quality control, and collaborating with multiple disciplines.

You will develop SOWs, cost estimates, and schedules, review documents, and provide capacity analysis of utility systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Ability to obtain United States DoD security clearance.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) or EIT with licensing within 5 years.
  • Experience or focus in Power Systems or Facilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Time management skills for on-time project delivery.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of LEED is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Learn to manage High and Low Voltage infrastructure projects for an aeronautical manufacturing plant.
  • Monitor all phases of construction including design, compliance, construction, occupancy and quality control.
  • Learn design codes and standards (NEC, NESC, NEMA, IEEE, ANSI, UFCs).
  • Develop Statements of Work (SOWs), cost estimates and budgets, timelines and schedules.
  • Provide capacity/demand analysis of utility systems and planning for growth.
