Position: Passionate Senior Recruiter

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter who thrives on building and maintaining positive relationships.

The Opportunity

This role involves independent work as an individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge in facility systems. The responsibilities include planning, designing, and overseeing multiple engineering projects related to facilities, with an emphasis on HVAC, electrical, and controls. The role supports environmental sustainability initiatives and ensures facilities operate efficiently, reducing energy, waste, and water usage. Prioritizing tasks effectively to meet project deadlines is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop engineering calculations and assumptions for projects, providing analysis.
• Apply engineering methods, techniques, and applicable codes to project designs.
• Review data concerning facility or equipment specifications, restrictions, and feasibility.
• Use analytical skills to determine solutions related to utility and sustainability issues.
• Estimate project costs including equipment, installation, labor, and materials.
• Ensure conformance to drawings, specifications, standards, and schedules.
• Support sustainability plans and initiatives across the division, including infrastructure related to energy, water, and waste.
• Coordinate project execution, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and compliance.
• Monitor project progress, performance, and finances.
• Develop and support facility management policies and procedures.
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration with all stakeholders.
• Partner with utility providers for project scope and incentives.
• Collaborate with the Global Environmental Health and Safety team on sustainability requirements.
• Contribute to the Company’s Communities of Practice.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities, or Environmental Engineering.
• At least 8 years of experience in Facilities Engineering or Project Management.
• Experience with AutoCAD, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC controls.
• Experience in energy, water, and waste conservation initiatives.
• Project management experience for projects up to $500M.
• Knowledge of ISO standards 14644, 14001, and 50001.
• Financial acumen related to ROI, NPV, and payback analysis.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and judgment skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a matrixed and diverse environment.
• Willingness to travel, including internationally (up to 20%).

Preferred Qualifications

• PE license preferred.
• Certifications such as ASHRAE BEAP, AEE, CEM, LEED are desirable.
• Experience in medical device manufacturing and clean room environments preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
