Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair of all building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, safety).
• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians; provide training and development.
• Plan and oversee renovation projects; manage contractor/vendor relationships.
• Oversee emergency preparedness and respond to maintenance emergencies.
• Manage the maintenance department budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
