• Advanced ability to read, interpret, and apply facilities management documentation, contracts, and lease agreements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across multiple levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to present information clearly and confidently in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, evaluate incomplete or complex information, and make sound, timely decisions.
• Ability to mentor peers and serve as a subject-matter resource within the Facilities team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and prioritize daily facilities service requests for assigned locations, exercising independent judgment to address higher-risk, higher-cost, or business-critical issues.
• Coordinate complex work assignments among vendors, contractors, and internal partners, including preventative maintenance.
• Monitor and manage backlog of workorders to ensure timely resolution and quality execution.
• Review vendor quotes within signing authority for accuracy, scope, and pricing; negotiate to manage costs.
• Prepare detailed recommendations for quotes exceeding signing authority for leadership review and approval.
