Job summary

Nemean Solutions, LLC is a veteran-operated company delivering advanced Military Intelligence, Enterprise and Cloud IT services, Cybersecurity, SOF training, and program support to Federal and State Agencies supporting the US Government Defense, Intelligence and Aerospace sectors.

This role provides overall management, planning, coordination, and execution of contract support operations for the Building Control Systems/Utility Control Systems task order at DLA Headquarters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of recent (within the past 7 years) experience managing building operations and maintenance for facilities of similar size and complexity.
• Experience managing maintenance, construction, repair, and facility operations.
• Ability to obtain/maintain required security clearance.
• PMP or similar certification.
• Experience supporting DoD facilities contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day contract performance and serve as primary point of contact.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate maintenance, repair, construction, and alteration projects.
• Develop project schedules, cost estimates, and implementation plans.
• Manage subcontractors and technical staff during project execution.
• Ensure contract deliverables, quality, safety, and schedule compliance.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders and provide project status updates.
• Interpret plans, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Support staffing, transition, and risk management activities.
