Arcadis is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee facility infrastructure and capital improvement projects. You will coordinate across teams, manage budgets, schedules, and regulatory permits, and ensure safety and compliance at local facilities.

Travel may be required based on project needs. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience in construction management.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling and risk management skills.
• Experience coordinating with contractors, vendors and regulatory bodies.

Responsabilités

• Oversee several projects at the same time.
• Plan all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion.
• Manage procurement activities and permits; ensure codes and safety standards are followed.
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain budget and timeline.
• Lead project meetings, monitor progress, and report risks to leadership.
