Job summary

You will interact with local/state authorities and lead complex projects from initiation through occupancy.

The role requires a four-year degree with extensive experience in design/construction management, PMP preferred, and a valid AZ driver license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project or construction management, engineering, architecture or related field.
• 10 years’ post-academic experience managing design and construction phases for projects.
• Associate’s degree with 12 years’ post-academic experience or High School diploma with 14 years’ experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional engineering and architectural oversight, construction industry procurement, and real property stewardship.
• Meets with local and state building officials, fire marshals, health dept., and regulatory bodies.
• Leads project objectives, budgets, schedules, and vendor/resource coordination.
