Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City is seeking a Facilities/Real Estate professional in Denver to perform maintenance on electrical, HVAC, and building systems. You will work with engineers, contractors, and management to support ongoing projects and ensure reliable operations across data centers, cash processing areas, and kitchens.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

Typically requires at least 3 years of relevant experience.
High school education or GED.
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required.
Senior understanding of business processes and subject matter.
Performs work independently with limited supervision and direction.
Serves as a resource for less experienced staff.
May train staff.

Responsibilities

Identifies and provides solutions to problems and performs advanced troubleshooting.
Maintenance of HVAC, electrical, building automation, and fire/life safety systems.
Work with engineers and contractors to support projects.
Communicate with customers to resolve service requests.
Create purchase orders for parts.
Perform building equipment checks on every shift.
