Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Senior Facilities Representative to maintain safe, efficient operations within a high‑velocity distribution center environment in Ohio. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, manage repairs, and support automation systems including OSR, A-Frame, and conveyors to ensure continuous business operations.

You will serve as the primary contact for facility and automation issues, working with vendors and internal teams to resolve problems, perform inspections, and support

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting facility maintenance programs, work order systems, or building operations.
• Experience working with contractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, or automation equipment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, troubleshoot operational issues, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
