Job summary

Immatics seeks a Senior Facilities Coordinator to oversee calibration, maintenance, and repair of assets in a GxP regulated setting. You will work with Facilities Management and Engineering to ensure compliance, proper documentation, and timely service delivery.

The role involves leading asset management activities, coordinating with stakeholders, drafting service documents, and ensuring regulatory adherence within a 8:00–17:00 schedule with potential after-hours. Based at Stafford, TX.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a GxP regulated manufacturing or laboratory environment.
• Proficiency in drafting service documents and reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee calibration, maintenance, and repairs of assets to ensure uptime.
• Lead setup and management of the Asset Management System.
• Coordinate equipment shutdowns with minimal operational impact.
• Draft procedures, work instructions, and project plans.
• Collaborate with Facilities, Asset Lifecycle, and Engineering on servicing and vendor coordination.
• Procure equipment, tools and parts for calibration and maintenance.
• Coordinate asset qualifications and validations; manage spare parts inventory.
• Maintain clear reports to facilities leadership and support corrective actions.
