CBRE is seeking a Senior Facilities Analyst in Leesburg, VA to support operations of a set of assets, including repairs, budgeting, and investment planning. You will oversee one maintenance technician and site staff, coordinating with vendors and front-line clients.

Ideal candidates have a facilities, property management, or hospitality background, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to apply judgment to routine problems while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
• Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply judgment and precedent.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Advanced math skills for calculating percentages and other financial figures.

• Manage painting and patchwork projects.
• Major repairs of architectural items, cabinets, doors, and windows.
• Direct the installation of shelving, tank holders, paper towel racks, coat hooks, and various items.
• Point of contact for all front-line clients on various requests.
• Coordinate with trades personnel on maintenance tasks, corrective, and preventative.
• Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
• Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement.
• Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.
• Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
• Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.

About the Role:

As a CBRE Senior Facilities Analyst, you will be responsible for a combination of advanced facilities work in regulated spaces.

This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans. This role will oversee one maintenance technician, vendors, site administrative tasks, and basic financials such as budgets, forecasting, and referrals. Someone with a facilities, property management, or hospitality background would do well in this role.

What You’ll Need:

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including acandidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position$32.00 per hour and the maximum salary for the position isor $36.00 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidatewill depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will alsobe eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
