The candidate will indirectly supervise maintenance technicians and vendors and should have facilities coordination or maintenance planning experience. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with strong MS Office and organizational skills.
As a CBRE Assistant Facilities Manager you will be responsible for a combination of advanced facilities work in regulated spaces. This is an onsite position located at a Data Center campus. A candidate for this role will need to be onsite five days per week.
This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans. This role will indirectly supervisor maintenance technicians and vendors. Someone with Facilities Coordinator or Maintenance Planner experience would do well in this role
