Programmers.io is seeking a Senior Facets / Java Developer – Medicaid Regulatory Solutions to join our healthcare technology team. The role focuses on implementing Medicaid regulatory changes and supporting payer operations using Facets, Java/J2EE, or Mainframe technologies.

You will help with member enrollment, eligibility, claims adjudication, and integration work, including APIs and batch jobs. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Medicaid payer systems, state-specific

Qualifications

• Experience with Facets and mainframe or Java/J2EE in healthcare payers.
• Hands-on Medicaid managed-care experience.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid-Medicare processes, claims, enrollment, and eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain healthcare payer applications using Facets, Java/J2EE, or Mainframe technologies.
• Implement state-specific Medicaid regulatory changes and assess their impact on payer operations.
• Support member enrollment, eligibility, benefits, claims adjudication, pricing, and payment processes.
• Develop and maintain APIs, system integrations, batch jobs, and downstream interfaces.
• Work with databases and data integration tools such as IBM DataStage and Talend.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform testing, and ensure regulatory compliance.
