Job summary

AppLab Systems, Inc is seeking an experienced Facets/Java Developer to implement state Medicaid regulatory changes across Facets and related healthcare apps. The role combines Facets configuration with Java engineering, ETL, and mainframe work in a remote USA setting.

You will collaborate with regulatory, business, architecture, and QA teams to translate requirements into system changes, interfaces, and data processing solutions. Deep knowledge of Facets and Medicaid processes is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with TriZetto Facets in payer environments.
• Strong Java/J2EE development and programming skills.
• Experience with IBM DataStage or Talend ETL tools.
• Knowledge of Medicaid managed-care operations and rules.
• Experience implementing regulatory changes in healthcare payers.
• Proficiency in SQL, data integration, and batch processing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Medicaid regulatory requirements and translate them into technical changes across Facets and related apps.
• Design, develop, configure and maintain solutions for enrollment, eligibility, and benefits.
• Build Java-based applications, APIs, interfaces, and batch components for Facets.
• Develop or modify Mainframe programs and batch-processing components.
• Maintain ETL/data integration solutions using DataStage and Talend.
• Perform code reviews, testing, and production support activities.
• Troubleshoot complex claims, eligibility, and processing issues.
• Document mappings, configurations, and implementation artefacts.
