Job summary

SoftPath Technologies LLC in the United States seeks a Senior Facets / Java Developer to support Medicaid Regulatory Solutions across Facets and related healthcare apps. You will translate Medicaid requirements into configurations, integrations, and data-processing steps.

You will collaborate with regulatory, business, architecture, and QA teams, work with DataStage and Talend, and contribute to mainframe and API development within Medicaid MCO landscapes.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Facets experience and Medicaid domain knowledge.
• Proficient Java/J2EE development and integration skills.
• Experience with DataStage and Talend ETL tools in enterprise settings.
• Understanding of Medicaid managed-care operations and state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Medicaid regulatory requirements and translate to technical changes in Facets and related apps.
• Design and maintain solutions for enrollment, eligibility, benefits, claims, and pricing.
• Develop Java-based applications, interfaces, and batch processes for Facets support.
• Modify Mainframe programs and batch components for Medicaid workflows.
• Build ETL/data integration using DataStage and Talend; assess impacts across systems.
• Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and quality assessments.
• Support system testing, regression, and production implementation.
