Job summary

Saransh Inc. in Seattle, WA is seeking an experienced FACETS Developer to join our healthcare technology team. You will design, develop, and maintain TriZetto FACETS solutions across Provider, Networks, Billing, and Claims processing.

The role requires strong SQL and .NET skills, plus hands-on FACETS extensions and integrations. You will collaborate with BAs, Architects, QA, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, enterprise healthcare solutions onsite.

Qualifications

7+ years of overall IT experience.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, enhance, and maintain solutions within the TriZetto FACETS platform.
Participate in end-to-end software development lifecycle activities, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Develop and support custom FACETS extensions, integrations, and interface solutions.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs and application solutions.
Develop solutions across Provider, Network Management & Pricing, Membership, Billing/Plan Configuration, and Claims/Encounters.
Create and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data validation processes.
Support FACETS batch job development, troubleshooting, monitoring, and optimization.
Perform root cause analysis and resolve production issues related to FACETS applications.
Collaborate with business analysts and SMEs to ensure successful implementation and support through system testing, UAT, and deployments.
Support FACETS implementations, upgrades, and modernization programs.
Follow Agile practices and participate in sprint planning and reviews.
