Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project execution across development, modernization, upgrades, enhancements, and production support.
• Lead multiple FACETS projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Serve as liaison between business leaders, product teams, architecture, engineering, QA, and operations.
• Drive Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies and oversee planning, sprint reviews, release management, and status reporting.
• Ensure alignment with business priorities and strategic goals.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams.
• Oversee onshore/offshore delivery models and vendor/client relationships.

Technical Project Manager (Healthcare Payer - FACETS)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, driving cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of development, modernization, upgrade, enhancement, and support programs.
• The ideal candidate brings deep Healthcare Payer expertise, strong FACETS knowledge, and a proven track record of managing complex technology programs while partnering with business and technology stakeholders.
• What You'll Do Lead multiple concurrent projects involving FACETS application development, enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and production support. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business leaders, product teams, architecture, engineering, QA, and operations teams.
• Drive Agile and/or Waterfall project execution methodologies to ensure successful and timely delivery.
• Facilitate project planning, sprint reviews, release management, and executive status reporting.
• Ensure alignment of project objectives with business priorities and strategic goals.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams.
• Manage cross-functional teams operating in onshore/offshore delivery models.
• Support change management, production deployment planning, and post-implementation stabilization activities. Establish project governance, delivery metrics, and reporting mechanisms. Foster strong collaboration with internal stakeholders, vendors, and healthcare business partners. Required Qualifications Experience 12+ years of IT industry experience. Minimum 5+ years of Healthcare Payer domain experience.
• Proven experience managing enterprise-scale software development and support projects.

Deep understanding of Healthcare Payer operations, including: Claims Processing Membership & Enrollment Provider Management Billing & Premium Management Experience delivering: Application Development Projects System Upgrades & Modernization Programs Application Support & Maintenance Initiatives Production Support Engagements Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent project planning, execution, and governance capabilities.
• Experience managing vendor and client relationships.
• Strong risk, issue, dependency, and change management expertise. Preferred Qualifications PMP Certification. Agile/Scrum Certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent).
• Experience working with large Healthcare clients. Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare regulatory requirements. Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar delivery management tools.
