Cognizant is seeking a Facets Design Specialist for a remote position in the United States. You will act as a trusted advisor, solution architect, and SME for TriZetto Facets configurations, partnering with payer clients to optimize functionality and improve auto-adjudication rates.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of TriZetto Facets implementation, configuration, optimization, or consulting.
• Deep expertise in Facets core modules: Benefits, Providers, Enrollment, and Claims.
• Experience leading requirements gathering, solution design, and configuration strategy.
• Strong understanding of healthcare payer operations and Facets best practices.
• Experience conducting configuration assessments and roadmaps for modernization.
• Proven ability translating requirements into scalable solution architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead SME for Facets design and configuration with clients.
• Lead requirements discovery, solution design, and workshops.
• Assess current-state Facets environments and map future-state roadmaps.
• Provide architecture recommendations and integration approaches.
