Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking an experienced Fabrication Project Engineer IV to lead advanced manufacturing initiatives at our Windom, MN facility. You will drive the planning, development, and implementation of complex processes, mentor engineers, and collaborate across departments to meet safety, quality, and cost goals.

You will influence product manufacturability, lead capital projects, and advance continuous improvement efforts, leveraging Lean methods to optimize throughput and value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with manufacturing focus or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing engineering or related field with 4–7 years for III/IV levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of complex manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, and facility improvements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Manufacturing Engineers and Technicians.
• Drive long-term manufacturing strategies using lean principles and continuous improvement.
