Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in engineering required.
• 5+ years in manufacturing engineering, process development, and capital management.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize Flexible Manufacturing Systems (FMS) in highly automated fabrication environments.
• Deep knowledge of lasers, punch presses, press brakes, and panel benders; select configurations and usage.
• Develop specs for new fabrication equipment and automated handling systems.
• Oversee design-for-manufacturing (DFM) reviews and manufacturing readiness for new products.
• Coordinate with design engineering to embed DFM and design standards in development.
