Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business; 8+ years as an auditor in public accounting.
• US CPA licensure in your work state.
• Strong technical writing skills and advanced risk management knowledge.
• Understanding of marketplace terminology, processes and tools.
• Proven record of excellence in managing and mentoring teams;
• Ability to research and resolve emerging client issues, including regulations and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Think on your feet to develop answers to complex accounting issues and challenge current practices.
• Collaborate with partners, senior managers and clients to influence strategy while balancing risk and expectations.
• Ensure the Engagement team thoroughly understands clients’ needs and ambitions.
• Build relationships across service lines to provide integrated services.
