Job summary

CGH Technologies, Inc. seeks a Senior Technical Writer to support FAA ATO policy and regulatory documentation. You will develop, edit, publish, and archive orders, notices, and rulemaking materials, collaborating with SMEs and government partners to ensure accuracy and compliance across the NAS.

Responsibilities include maintaining document lifecycle, applying GPO guidance, and preparing briefings and executive communications for policy implementation and program objectives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant technical writing experience for the federal government.
• Previous federal technical writing experience is required.
• FAA experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical writing, editorial, publication, and document management support for FAA documents.
• Develop, edit, format, and finalize FAA Orders, directives, and rulemaking documents.
• Ensure compliance with GPO guidance and FAA standards.
• Maintain consistency in grammar, punctuation, formatting, and terminology.
• Coordinate with SMEs, program offices, and external stakeholders during iterative development.
• Support safety and regulatory initiatives and prepare executive briefings.
