CGH Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Policy Correspondence & Editorial Specialist to support FAA policy operations. You will manage the Policy Correspondence Mailbox, oversee editorial review, and lead document control within FAA KS Network.

The role requires strong editing, policy documentation, and coordination with FAA stakeholders, SMEs, and contractors to ensure timely publication and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of policy administration, technical writing, editorial review, document management, or federal program support.
• Prior FAA experience is required.
• Experience with federal government policy, documentation, or correspondence processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Policy Correspondence Mailbox and manage policy packages through the change lifecycle.
• Assign and oversee workload for the Editorial Review Team.
• Conduct editorial and technical reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, quality, and compliance.
• Create, update, and maintain document controls within KSN SharePoint.
• Monitor policy packages and support timely processing through workflows.
• Provide training and guidance to FAA personnel, editors, contractors, and SMEs.
• Serve as a professional contact for FAA stakeholders and public inquiries.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve documentation issues and workflow questions.
• Support SOP updates, workflow optimization, and audit support.
• Provide director-level administrative and editorial assistance as needed.
