Job summary

Leidos is seeking a senior level Program Analyst to provide executive operation support for the FAA ASE. The role focuses on executive level program analysis, travel coordination, meeting facilitation, and cross-agency liaison across FAA, DOT, and other federal partners.

Requires a BA/Masters with relevant experience, excellent written communication, and ability to work in person five days a week at FAA/DOT Headquarters in Washington, DC. Public Trust clearance eligible is required.

Qualifications

• BA degree or Master with relevant experience; in lieu of degree considered with sufficient experience.
• Excellent written communication skills; ability to proofread and finalize official documents.
• Ability to multi-task, organize meetings with diverse stakeholders, and manage budgets.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).
• Must obtain and maintain Public Trust Security clearance.
• Position requires in-person support five days a week at FAA/DOT headquarters in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for internal and external stakeholders across FAA/DOT and other agencies.
• Support executives and program actions including logistical support and briefings.
• Ensure compliance with FAA/ASE policies and timely, accurate deliverables.
• Conduct research and analysis to support management briefings and reviews.
• Prepare project documents and draft executive briefings.
• Oversee AGI business operations including meeting facilitation and travel logistics.
• Utilize internal systems to manage workflows and communications.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and processing of clearances and expense vouchers.
• Provide meeting support, minutes, and distribution of summary notes.
• Maintain office files and calendar scheduling for FAA leadership.
