Job summary

Total Aviation Staffing, LLC in Tucson, AZ, is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager for an FAA Part 145 repair station. You will lead the quality department, own regulatory compliance, supervise the inspection team, and act as the primary liaison with customers, the FAA, and DCMA during audits and quality initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of QA management in FAA repair environments, strong FAR Part 145 knowledge, excellent communication, and proficiency with MS Office including

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quality assurance management in an FAA repair station or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations, including Part 145.
• Strong communication skills and solid Microsoft Office skills, including Access.
• U.S. work authorization (visa sponsorship is not available).

Responsibilities

• Maintain FAA, EASA, and CAAC regulations compliance and airworthiness directives.
• Collaborate with customers, the FAA, and DCMA on inspections, audits, and quality issues.
• Supervise the Inspection Department to ensure thorough and accurate inspections and records.
• Maintain manuals, capability lists, roster, and technical data for the repair station.
