Total Aviation Staffing, LLC is seeking aQuality Assurance Manager for a Tucson-based FAA Part 145 repair station. You will own regulatory compliance, run the inspection team, and serve as the primary contact with customers, the FAA, and DCMA on audits and quality matters.

The role requires at least 5 years of QA management in an FAA repair environment, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Access. Eligible applicants must have U.S.

• Ensure FAA/Part 145 compliance and airworthiness directives.
• Lead the Inspection Department and oversee records and inspections.
• Coordinate audits with customers, the FAA, and DCMA.
• Maintain manuals, capability lists, and personnel records.
• Conduct internal audits and corrective action programs.
• Certify products using FAA forms and support DER repairs.
