Qualifications

• 5+ years of F5 BIG IP experience.
• Deep, recent hands-on F5 LTM experience in large enterprise environments.
• Deep, recent hands-on F5 GTM/DNS experience.
• Strong understanding of load balancing, DNS, high availability, and traffic management.
• Experience configuring/troubleshooting F5 virtual servers, pools, nodes, and monitors.
• Experience with F5 migrations, hardware replacements, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
• Ability to lead technical implementations and mentor other engineers.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a senior F5 BIG IP SME, focusing on LTM and GTM/DNS engineering.
• Manage and support complex enterprise F5 configurations (virtual servers, pools, nodes, monitors, profiles, TLS).
• Support F5 GTM/DNS, including global traffic management and failover.
• Troubleshoot complex F5 production issues related to traffic, load balancing, DNS, and SSL/TLS.
• Perform root cause analysis for infrastructure incidents and provide L3 escalation support.
• Automate configurations using Terraform and IaC practices.
• Support hybrid cloud environments (AWS) and firewall policies (Palo Alto).
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers.
