Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking F-22 Software Developer Engineers (Associate, Experienced or Senior) to join the F-22 Enterprise in Richardson, TX. You will work on modernizing and maintaining the OFP and related test software as part of an agile team supporting the USAF.

Roles span design, development, testing, debugging, and integration across diverse software products. Requires a BS in engineering or related field and an active US Secret clearance; SAP eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
• Active U.S. Secret Clearance is required.
• 2+ years of programming experience in Ada, C, C++, C#, Java, or Python.
• Experience with multiple software development methodologies.
• Ability to obtain F-22 SAP clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain embedded software across the end-to-end lifecycle.
• Translate customer requirements into initial software designs.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize software for systems integrations.
• Document architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces, and designs.
• Debug and resolve issues to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Handle user inquiries and analyze feedback.
• Support adoption of new technologies, tools, and regulatory changes.
• Improve software processes, tools, and KPIs to align with goals.
• Execute and document R&D projects.
• Assist with software project management and supplier management.
• Track and evaluate software team and supplier performance.
