Peerless Technologies seeks a Senior Labs Business Manager to support the F-22 Program Office at Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio. You will bridge labs, testing, and program management for the F-22 Test Branch, interfacing with government and military stakeholders to sustain operations and fielding.

The role emphasizes CI/CD pipeline optimization, lab integration, and strategic contracting, requiring advanced degrees or extensive DoD experience and a TS clearance.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in a related field with 10 years’ exp, 5 in DoD.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 12 years’ exp, 5 in DoD.
• 15 years of related experience with proper certifications as described.

Responsibilities

• Apply understanding of relationships between Labs, Developmental Testing, Operational Testing, Weapons, and live fire test IAW AFI 99-103 to support F-22 Test and Fielding operations.
• Analyze, plan, and lead CI/CD pipeline improvements for labs and system integration labs that support F-22 development testing.
• Assess necessity of multiple supplier labs to support development testing and determine funding approaches.
• Initiate contracting strategies with other F-22 Program Managers and engineers and support labs for business case analyses.
• Interface with AF Headquarters, ACC, AFMC, OSD and related user communities.
