Job summary

Intrepid, an SPA Company, seeks a Program Management Analyst to support AFLCMC/WAM (F-16 Division) at Wright Patterson AFB. This role demands high-level administrative and analytical expertise to support DoD acquisition programs and foreign military sales, with a current Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities include planning and presenting assessments, evaluating program impacts, and preparing LOAs and LORs in accordance with AECA and DSCA procedures, while maintaining daily support for

Qualifications

  • HS Diploma.
  • Minimum of ten years of administrative/analysis support experience.
  • Two years must be in a Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition program.
  • Minimum one year of FMS experience.
  • Extensive administrative skills and knowledge of FMS policies, processes and guidance; knowledge of fighter aircraft technology and USAF administrative guidelines.
  • Current Secret clearance and ability to maintain it.

  • Evaluate implications of existing or proposed projects, programs, processes, and policies/laws and recommend improvements.
  • Collect and analyze manpower data on previous programs and developing new manpower estimates for new programs.
  • Documentation for LORs and implementation and execution of LOAs IAW AECA, SAMM/DSCA DoD acquisition processes.
  • Gather, analyze, evaluate, and document information required by program or project managers and foreign customers; provide daily administrative support with FMS policies and AECA.

SPA has an immediate need for a Program Management Analyst to supportAir Force Life Cycle Management Center AFLCMC/WAM (F-16 Division) at Wright Patterson AFB.

Responsibilities

Program Management Analyst Support includes:

  • Plan, organize, complete, and present assessments of program/project management concepts, analyses, studies and procedures.
