Torch Technologies is seeking an experienced F-16 Mission Systems Subject Matter Expert to provide technical leadership supporting Air Force test activities at Eglin AFB, Florida. You will guide integration, testing, and evaluation of advanced mission system modifications and ensure robust performance across environments.

The role demands deep expertise in avionics, data bus protocols, and software capabilities, plus the ability to collaborate with engineers, aircrew, and government stakeholders

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics.
• 10+ years of F-16 mission systems engineering experience.
• Candidate must maintain Top-Secret Clearance.

Responsabilités

• Lead the integration of autonomy-enabled F-16 modifications with the mission systems suite.
• Develop and execute system modification test plans and data collection.
• Provide expert support to program engineers, test engineers, and aircrew.
• Advise on avionics architecture, data bus protocols, and test techniques.
• Lead SIL integration efforts and collaborate with SIL engineers.
• Present designs and integration status to project teams and review boards.
• Support flight test activities and monitor safety parameters.
