Job summary

Torch Technologies is seeking a skilled F-16 Test Engineer to support the F-16 OFP CTF at Eglin AFB, FL. You will participate in planning, executing, and reporting complex flight tests, collaborating with engineers and aircrew to validate radar, datalinks, and weapon systems.

The role requires a technical Bachelor's degree (Electrical/Mechanical/Aerospace), 3+ years of test experience, and an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of test experience with fighter systems or fighter tactical datalinks.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering; master’s preferred.
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain/maintain clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct flight test planning and execution for F-16 aircraft.
• Analyze data and generate detailed flight test reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement test plans and upgrades.
