Job summary

The Boeing Company in Berkeley, MO is seeking a Senior F-15 Platform Integration Project Engineer to lead cross-functional integration across production, development and sustainment teams. This role requires strong project management and broad technical knowledge to support the F-15EX program and coordinate with the USAF and Boeing leadership.

It is a 100% onsite position with travel up to 10% and candidate must be a U.S. citizen eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field.
• 9+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication and collaboration between multiple IPTs and departments to align initiatives and mitigate issues.
• Organize and lead cross-functional meetings to investigate engineering issues and track progress.
• Collaborate with production system teams to align integration activities with the production schedule and drive process improvements.
